Based on my years of experience, I want to avoid charging clients on an hourly basis and instead charge a set fee based on estimated time and efforts that I will be devoting to the client for a particular project or for services on an ongoing basis. The agreed fee would only vary prospectively and then only by our mutual agreement.

I am very willing to discuss lowering or even eliminating what would be the normal fee in return for a success fee to be agreed upon at the outset..

The engagement in all cases will be as a consultant and not as an attorney..

I will not be rendering legal advice. I will be encouraging clients to have competent legal counsel since this will facilitate my two main consulting goals of preventing and resolving conflicts.
